Champiland is a company specialized in wild mushroom harvesting and cultivated mushroom production, with extensive expertise and a proven track record in sourcing, cultivation, and processing.
For over 35 years, since its founding in a small workshop in the heart of the Landes forests in southwestern France, the company has continued to grow and process mushrooms with the same passion it had at the beginning, while also developing recipes for frozen foods.
Driven by a strong sense of curiosity and a spirit of innovation, Champiland has also embraced new technologies over the years, developing advanced drying and production techniques. Its in-house cultivation of oyster mushrooms and shiitake in the village of Elme, France, has been a major success.
