新鮮なハーブや野菜をベースにした香り豊かなオイルは、プロのシェフから熱心な趣味の料理人まで、あらゆる厨房に欠かせない食材です。現在市場には即席使用可能な製品が不足していますが、その状況は変わりつつあります。デンマーク語で「緑」を意味するGrønn（グロン）のオイルは、リーク、ディル、バジル、葉ニンニクの4種類。鮮やかな緑色のオイルは100%天然で保存料不使用です。
グロンは地元の農場から原材料を調達し、一見使い道のない製品に目を向けることを重視しています。例えば、まだ頻繁に廃棄されているリークの葉を、独特の風味を持つ個性的なオイルへと変えています。

An aromatic oil based on fresh herbs and vegetables is an indispensable ingredient in the kitchens of professional chefs and enthusiastic hobby cooks alike. The market today lacks a readyto-use offering, but that is about to change. Grønn’s oils, which means “green” in Danish, come in four varieties: leek, dill, basil and wild garlic. The bright green oils are 100% natural and preservative-free.
Grønn sources its ingredients from local farms, where they like to look for seemingly unusable products. For example, Grønn transforms leek greens, which still too often end up in the trash, into a distinctive oil with a unique flavor.
