Aléna（アレナ）は2011年に設立されました。これは、アキテーヌ地方の自社トリュフ農園で収穫されるペリゴール産黒トリュフの生産チェーンにおける最終工程を担う企業です。美食の宝石であるトリュフへの情熱で結ばれた農家たちの協同組合です。
アレナは、一流シェフに認められた卓越したトリュフ生産と、完璧な透明性、そして独自のトレーサビリティを融合させた存在です。
日々のあらゆる取り組みが、当社のトリュフの卓越性と一貫性につながっています。

アレナはアキテーヌ地方の特異なテロワールに位置し、生産面積は160ヘクタール以上。うち50ヘクタールはグリーン・ペリゴールに広がります。
この地域特有の地質・気候条件のもと、厳格な土地管理、最先端の灌漑システム、厳格な「盆栽式」剪定技術、そして最も重要な土壌若返りのための年次トリュフ胞子添加により、ペリゴールの黒トリュフを栽培しています。アレナの技術者の専門知識は、卓越したトリュフ生産に情熱を注ぐフランスのトリュフ農家とも共有されています。そのためアレナは、これらの農家に対し指導を行うとともに、今後何年にもわたり夏・秋・冬にトリュフを収穫できる苗木を供給しています。

Aléna was founded in 2011.  It is the final link in our production chain of black truffles from Périgord, sourced from 
our truffle orchards in Aquitaine. It is a collective of farmers united by a shared  passion for this jewel of fine cuisine: the truffle.  
Aléna represents the union of exceptional truffle production, recognized by the greatest chefs, with flawless transparency and unique traceability.  
Every action we take daily leads to the excellence and consistency of our truffles.

Aléna is located in a unique terroir within the Aquitaine region, with over 160 hectares in production, including 50 hectares in the Green Périgord.
It is in this region, with its distinctive geological and climatic characteristics, that we grow our black truffles from Périgord through rigorous land management, state-of-the-art irrigation systems, strict «bonsai» pruning techniques, and, most importantly, the annual addition of truffle spores to rejuvenate the soil.The expertise of Aléna’s technicians is shared by French truffle farmers who are dedicated to producing extraordinary truffles. As such, Aléna provides guidance to these farmers and supplies them with truffle plants that will yield truffles in the summer, autumn, and winter for years to come.
