マロソル方式に従い、熟成前にごく少量の塩（約3.5%）のみを使用してキャビアを塩漬けします。

本物の味を際立たせるため、当社のキャビアは100%無添加です。農場から食卓まで鮮度を保つため、厳格な包装プロセスを実践しています。

Our first partner farm in the Bassin d'Arcachon, near Bordeaux, was founded 30 years ago. Together we've developed and refined traditional artisanal techniques to ensure the quality of our production.

We work closely with our partners to control the entire production cycle — from reproduction to packaging — and ensure the highest production standards.
■    Traditional Curing Methods
Following the Malossol Method, we cure our caviars using only a touch of salt (approximately 3.5%) before maturation.

Our caviars are 100% preservative-free to showcase their authentic taste. We implement strict packaging processes to preserve
freshness from our farms to your table.
