ご利用いただきありがとうございます。
以下の条件をご確認の上、ご注文いただきますようお願い申し上げます。

1) ご注文およびお支払い
ご注文は、全額のお支払い確認後に確定となります。
お支払い方法は、クレジットカードまたは銀行振込をご利用いただけます。
ご入金確認後にのみ、商品の手配および発送を行います。

2) 配送について
ご注文商品は、当社在庫より月曜日から金曜日（日本の祝日を除く）に発送いたします。
配送日数は、地域および配送業者により異なる場合がございます。

3) 在庫状況について
商品は在庫状況に応じて販売しております。
ご注文確定後に在庫切れが判明した場合、速やかにご連絡の上、代替商品のご提案または返金対応をさせていただきます。

4) 価格について
価格はすべて日本円（JPY）で表示しております。
表示価格は税抜または税込となる場合がございます。
送料はご注文手続き時に別途表示されます。

5) キャンセルおよび変更
ご注文確定およびお支払い完了後、出荷準備中または出荷後のご注文については、変更およびキャンセルはお受けできません。
お急ぎの場合は、速やかにカスタマーサービスまでご連絡ください。

6) 返品およびクレーム
商品の不備（誤配送、破損、不良等）につきましては、商品到着後3日以内にご連絡ください。
返品は未開封・未使用など一定の条件を満たす場合に限りお受けいたします。
当社に起因する場合を除き、返品送料はお客様のご負担となる場合がございます。

7) 免責事項
配送業者による遅延や不可抗力による遅延については、当社は責任を負いかねます。
配送先情報の正確性はお客様の責任となります。

8) アカウントおよび個人情報
お客様は正確かつ最新の情報をご提供いただくものとします。
個人情報は日本の関連法令に基づき適切に取り扱います。

9) 準拠法
本規約は日本法に準拠します。
紛争が生じた場合は、日本の裁判所を専属的合意管轄とします。

Online Purchase Terms and Conditions

1) Order and Payment
All orders are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
Payments can be made by credit card or bank transfer.
Orders will only be processed and shipped after payment has been confirmed.

2) Shipping
Orders are shipped from our stock from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays in Japan).
Delivery times may vary depending on the region and the carrier.

3) Product Availability
All products are offered subject to availability.
In the event of a stock shortage after order confirmation, the customer will be informed as soon as possible and offered an alternative or a refund.

4) Pricing
All prices are indicated in Japanese Yen (JPY).
Prices may be displayed excluding or including taxes.
Shipping costs are indicated separately at checkout.

5) Cancellation and Modification
Once an order has been confirmed and paid, it cannot be modified or cancelled once it is being processed or has been shipped.
For urgent requests, customers should contact our customer service as soon as possible.

6) Returns and Claims
Any claims regarding products (error, damage, defect) must be reported within 3 days after delivery.
Returns are accepted only under certain conditions (unopened products, original condition, etc.).
Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error.

7) Liability
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier or unforeseen circumstances.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

8) Customer Account and Data
Customers must ensure that the information provided is accurate and up to date.
Personal data is handled in accordance with applicable regulations in Japan.

9) Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by Japanese law.
In the event of a dispute, the competent courts shall be those of Japan.
